President Obama Comes to Stamford

President Obama is on his way to your backyard. My friend TK tells me that our fearless leader will be in town for a fundraiser to benefit Richard Blumenthal (who, you more than likely know, is running for Senate).

The event, held at the Stamford Marriott, will take place on September 16th, and you can count on some traffic backups. The prediction is that the President will arrive between 2:30 and 3:30pm and leave between 7-8pm. If you see him, ask him if he's tired of "stimulus" jokes for me.

I saw four fighter jets patrolling the skies over Stamford yesterday, followed by the touch-down in Kosciuszko Park of two giant helicopters and two Marine Ones. It was a dry run for Obama's Thursday arrival. The fighter jets were AWESOME.

I saw two soldiers in a H2 Hummer with a construction Decal on the door. Both soldiers were about 300 pounds of solid muscle each. At least one was smiling. Ha, construction. Then after that i saw a pigeon on a pay phone. Was it the Godpigeon? He wasn't acting like a Goodfeather. Then I saw the military aircraft mentioned in the post. After I saw a Hawk then it turned from hot sun to grey skies and rain.
